We participate in most insurance plans as out-of-network providers. We are a Delta Dental Premier, United Health Group, and Premier Classic Plus Network provider. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We will assist you in processing all insurance claims. At your appointment, we will discuss your treatment as well as your payment. A payment will be requested at each appointment to help assist you with your dental care costs.

We work hard to schedule appointments that meet your schedules. We request a 48 hour notice when an appointment is changed. Under certain circumstances, a same day and or no-show appointment could carry a $65 charge. We understand emergencies occur and will review each case.
